Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable,
secure, and reliable infrastructure and deployment pipelines. The ideal candidate should
have strong hands-on experience in cloud environments, containerization, CI/CD,
infrastructure automation, monitoring, and production support. This role requires a
proactive engineer who can work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to
improve system reliability, deployment speed, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure infrastructure environments.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment
processes.
• Deploy, manage, and optimize containerized applications using Docker and
Kubernetes.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security across development,
staging, and production environments.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, networking, and application-related
issues.
• Manage cloud resources and ensure cost-effective infrastructure usage.
• Improve system reliability, disaster recovery, backup processes, and incident
response practices.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to support release management and
environment readiness.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
• Enforce DevOps best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a
related field.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or infrastructurerelated roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux systems administration.
• Solid experience with Docker, Docker Swarm and Kubernetes.
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions,
or similar.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
• Strong understanding of networking, load balancing, DNS, SSL, firewalls, and
reverse proxies.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or
similar.
• Good knowledge of scripting and automation using Bash, Python, or similar
languages.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications in AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, or DevOps-related
technologies.
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with security best practices, vulnerability management, and compliance
standards.
• Experience in high-availability and mission-critical production environments.
