Job description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Request for quotation from different suppliers.
  • Analyze the quotations from all aspects.
  • Scan dedicated websites in order to source new tenders.
  • Analyze business opportunities/tenders and transmit them to direct supervisor for further analysis.
  • Bids Preparation and submittal including Administrative file, Bill of Quantities, Cost Sheets.
  • Prepare official agreement letters with clients outlining project scope, deliverables, price and timing.
  • Liaise with logistics department and technical department ensuring timely project delivery in line with quality standards.
  • Responsible to track project changes and produce updated schedule as agreed with Engineering and Project Management
  • Evaluate project activity and report on project progress to direct supervisor.
  • Prepare correspondence letters in line with project development and needs, conference calls, minutes of meeting reports, status reports.
  • Maintain a systematic filing system of all correspondence related to projects (hard and soft copies).
  • Prepare reports on projects status, deliverables, billing, accounts receivable due: identify and organize the required information.
  • Ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Creating a database of the existing and new suppliers related to the project department including a technical and price lists library.
  • Prepare payment certificate in line with tender’s documents in due time.
