Qualifications:
- BA in Business administration
- Experience: 2 Years in the Freight Forwarding / Shipping field.
‐ Monitoring import and export shipments from departure till arrival.
- Checking Shipment documents ; ensuring all required documents are correct /correct them when necessary to comply with requirements.
- Following up the clearance process for each shipment.
- Check and coordinate with customers regarding cargo delivery, offloading and loading containers
- Ability to check customs declaration – knowledge of Najm system is a plus.
‐ Demanding for shipping rates and offering quotations to customers
‐ Booking containers, filling and sending necessary forms and all documents related to export shipments to the shipping companies
‐ Coordinating with shipping companies regarding the collection date, export and import formalities
‐ Filling and sending necessary forms to the inspection companies
‐ Contact the operation sections in Shipping agencies/ Airlines
