We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Pattern Designer to join our team.

Location: Downtown Beirut

Job Responsibilities:

- Design and develop custom patterns for wedding and event production
- Create accurate technical drawings and production-ready patterns
- Manage and supervise a team of tailors to ensure quality and efficiency
- Coordinate with production to ensure timely execution
- Oversee fitting, adjustments, and final output to match design standards
- Ensure all designs are practical, scalable, and ready for execution

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Senior Pattern Designer
- Strong background in pattern making and garment construction
- Experience in managing tailors / production teams
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
- Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
