Indoor Sales Executive
As an Indoor Sales Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking freight solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry and rate negotiation to shipment coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Quotation Management: Prepare and issue accurate shipping quotes for air, sea, and land freight based on company margin targets.
• Lead Generation:
- Conduct outbound cold calls and follow up on warm leads to identify new business opportunities.
- Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
- Collect competitor intelligence, such as rate tariffs, brochures, etc.
• Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain a database of existing accounts, ensuring regular follow-ups to encourage repeat business.
- Consistently present the full range of Chinagate products, services, and technologies to every customer over the telephone.
- Handle shipping, money transfers, factory visits, and inspections where needed.
• Operational Liaison:
- Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure shipments are executed according to client requirements.
- Collaborate with the sourcing team, taking charge of client requirements in sourcing and providing precise details to the sourcing team.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the company CRM.
Requirements:
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry is required.
• Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a focus on closing deals.
• Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Excel and CRM software
