Mechanical Project & Site Engineer – MEP (Site Execution)

Beirut, Lebanon | Full-Time | Up to $2,000 + Commission

This role is strictly for engineers with real on-site MEP contracting experience.

✔ Must have handled HVAC, plumbing, and/or firefighting systems on construction sites

? No design-only, maintenance, or factory backgrounds will be considered

About the Role

We are an MEP-focused general contracting company looking for a high-responsibility Mechanical Project Engineerwho can manage projects from tendering and pricing to full on-site execution.

This is a hands-on role for engineers who want to:

-Run projects

-Make decisions

-Take ownership from start to finish

Key Responsibilities

-Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, budgeting and tender submissions

-Analyze drawings and specifications for accurate pricing

-Manage on-site execution (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting)

-Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and clients

-Track quantities, progress, and project costs

-Prepare and submit invoices based on executed work

-Resolve technical issues on site

-Ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery

Skills

Requirements (Strict)

-Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

-Minimum 5+ years ON-SITE experience in MEP contracting

-Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems

-Must have strong people skills and be able to communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams.

-Experience in BOQs, cost estimation, and tendering

-Proficient in AutoCAD (read + modify drawings)

-Fluent in Arabic and English

-Based in Beirut
