We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CDP – Pizza to manage the pizza section of our kitchen. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas, maintaining consistency, and supporting smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook pizzas according to recipes and quality standards

Handle dough preparation, fermentation, and stretching techniques

Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation

Manage mise en place and maintain proper stock levels for the pizza section

Monitor food quality and minimize waste

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station

Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service

Assist in developing new pizza recipes and menu items

Requirements

Previous experience as a Pizza Chef

Strong knowledge of pizza-making techniques, including dough preparation

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Team player with good communication skills
