Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
- Search and introduce the business into a new market; as well as, develop and keep active the existing market based on business needs.
- Search, headhunt and introduce the business to a new clients who are going to purchase and increase profitability and brand awareness.
- Maintain existing clients, by using exceptional techniques to improve the services and apply their needs based on clients’ demand.
- Follow-up with other departments and divisions on the customers’ orders, pending, request and any challenges; ensure that all existing and new clients’ requests are solved in a proper manner.
- Liaise with the production team and the entire ateliers about customers’ order, flow, delivery, customer satisfaction and feedback.
- Work closely with accounts team to understand/ solve any customers’ payment issues.
- Initiate, plan and deliver trade customer key account programs related to the enterprise.
Coordinate with the Stock/ production team to ensure product availability and identify planned output of stock.
- Direct management of all major the company's new accounts, maintaining and building new relationships/ clients across new and existing countries.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- '8+ years of experience as a wholesale manager or similar field.
- Experience in luxury Atelier/ Fashion industry is a must
- Analytical thinker with strong business acumen with the ability to use innovation to solve complex problems.
- Result oriented personality, with the ability to work under seasonal stress-related circumstances and within a very dynamic atmosphere
