Education : Bachelor’s Degree Information Technology or Computer Science, a technical diploma + certifications is also acceptable
Job Description:
• 1+ year of IT Support experience
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and OS issues for end users
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows clients, applications, and peripherals
• Configure and troubleshoot TCP/IP, VPN, Wi Fi, and LAN connectivity
• Perform system updates, patching, driver installations, and security hardening
• Support Microsoft 365, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, and email configurations
• Deploy and maintain antivirus, endpoint protection, and security policies
• Install and configure printers, scanners, VoIP phones, and other office equipment
