Join our dynamic team as a Digital Marketing Specialist in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector, where your creativity and analytical skills will play a pivotal role in driving our brand's online presence.


This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist, based in Dbayeh. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, and overseeing online marketing initiatives. This role also includes monitoring web analytics to gauge campaign performance, developing strategies to enhance brand visibility, and driving customer engagement.





Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our business goals, utilizing tools such as Google Analytics and social media platforms to track performance and optimize campaigns.
  2. Create engaging content for various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and our company website, ensuring brand consistency and resonance with our target audience.
  3. Conduct market research and analyze competitors' digital marketing efforts to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, providing actionable insights to enhance our strategies.
  4. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads, focusing on ROI and conversion rates to maximize our marketing budget.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and effective communication of our product offerings.
  6. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing activities, adjusting strategies as needed based on data-driven insights to achieve desired outcomes.
  7. Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns, leveraging digital channels to increase attendance and engagement with our brand.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing, continuously seeking opportunities for professional development and knowledge sharing.
  9. Provide support in managing our company’s online reputation, responding to customer inquiries and feedback across digital platforms in a timely and professional manner.

Skills
