About the job

We’re building a team of AI automation specialists to transform how our portfolio SaaS companies operate. You’ll work across sales, support, finance, and operations — spotting where time and money are wasted and shipping solutions fast using AI tools like Claude, n8n, Zapier, and Make. The role is concrete and execution-focused: build the lead pipelines that don’t yet exist, automate the support workflows breaking shift economics, and clear the automation backlogs that every department has prioritized but none have had bandwidth to execute. You don’t need to train models or write complex code — you need to be a power user with the creativity to stitch tools into workflows that deliver real results.

What you will do

Go-to-Market & Revenue Operations

  • Build AI-driven outbound lead pipelines — automated lead scoring, outbound sequencing, and churn prediction; typically the single biggest EBITDA lever available to the business
  • Automate professional services commercial sign-off workflows and detect revenue leakage before it compounds
  • Configure accounts receivable ageing dashboards, late payer alerts, and support block enforcement for non-payers
  • Auto-trigger upsell and renewal proposals on specific client events

Customer Support & Knowledge Systems

  • Automate ticket triage, routing, and status updates — removing manual handling from the support queue
  • Build AI after-hours coverage to reduce reliance on shift-based headcount for out-of-hours requests
  • Build internal knowledge systems from historical ticket data — pre-classify, pre-route, and reduce agent handling time

Finance, Billing & Administration

  • Automate professional services billing, time tracking, and revenue recognition
  • Build back-office admin automation for billing requests, intervention reports, and operational tasks
  • Automate finance and HR data operations — payroll processing, expense reporting, and reconciliation

Content, Proposals & Reporting

  • Automate release notes generation (Git commits / LLM / documentation platform)
  • Draft RFP/RFI responses automatically using a knowledge base of past submissions
  • Auto-generate client-facing project management reports on a regular cadence

Ops & Escalations

  • Build KPI dashboards and real-time reporting pipelines
  • Automate update planning, dependency scheduling, and release coordination
  • Hand off to the AI engineer when workflows exceed no-code limits

Requirements

  • Strong communicator comfortable operating across sales, support, finance, and operations in the same week
  • Power user of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) and automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make)
  • Business process thinker — understands how SaaS departments operate and where value gets lost
  • Bias for action — ships fast, iterates on feedback, measures success in hours saved and cost reduced
  • Comfortable with light scripting (JavaScript, Python) for edge cases; not a coding-heavy role

Nice to have

  • Background in operations, revenue operations, support operations, or business analysis in a SaaS environment
  • CRM or support platform experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom)
  • API integrations / webhooks experience; consulting or digital transformation background
  • Familiarity with ERP or billing systems is a plus in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in both written and verbal English is essential
