Description
Aspire Software is looking for a full stack AI engineer / AI agent builder LH to join our team in Lebanon.
Here is a little window into our company: Aspire Software operates and manages wholly owned software companies, providing mission-critical solutions across multiple verticals. By implementing industry best practices, Aspire delivers a time sensitive integration process, and the operation of a decentralized model has allowed it to become a hub for creating rapid growth by reinvesting in its portfolio.
About the role
Lighthouse Software Group is building AI-native capabilities across its portfolio of mission-critical vertical software businesses.
We are seeking a full stack AI engineer / AI agent builder capable of designing, building, and deploying AI agents that transform how our portfolio companies operate and launching entirely new AI-powered products that customers are willing to pay for.
This is not a research role. You will work directly inside operating software businesses, alongside product, engineering, and operations teams. You will identify high-impact workflows and deploy production-grade AI agents that perform real work for real users.
Some of the agents you build will replace internal manual processes. Others will become new revenue-generating AI products.
All of them will ship to production.
Key responsibilities
Build internal AI agent teams
- Design and deploy AI agents powered by the latest large language models (LLMs) and modern agent orchestration frameworks.
- Build agents capable of handling:
- Customer support (level 1 & 2)
- Sales operations (SDR outreach)
- Onboarding automation
- Marketing workflows
- Technical documentation
- Operational and maintenance tasks
- Measure impact in terms of hours saved, productivity gained, or cost reduced.
- Collaborate directly with operational teams to identify the highest-value automation opportunities.
Develop external AI products
- Design new AI-powered products including:
- Vertical AI agents
- AI copilots
- Voice agents
- Workflow automation systems
- Intelligent documentation platforms
- Own the product lifecycle from prototype to production launch.
- Secure early paying customers.
- Leverage distribution across Lighthouse’s portfolio companies to validate and accelerate deployment.
Ship fast and iterate
- Move quickly from idea to MVP to production.
- Launch beta tests with real users.
- Gather feedback and continuously improve.
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
Technology mandate
You will build AI agents using:
- The latest large language models (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source LLMs, etc.)
- Agent orchestration frameworks and memory systems
- Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architecture
- API integrations across internal systems
- Cloud-native infrastructure
- AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery
Our technology environments vary across business units. You must be adaptable across backend frameworks, frontend ecosystems, databases, and cloud environments.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience building products, startups, tools, or AI systems that have been deployed to production.
- Strong hands-on expertise with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, automation systems, and AI tooling.
- Ability to go from zero to functional prototype rapidly.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity — often defining both the problem and the solution.
- Strong bias toward execution over excessive planning.
- Full-stack engineering capability (backend and frontend).
Nice to have
- Experience building AI agents, voice agents, or workflow automation systems.
- Experience in vertical SaaS or B2B product development.
- Experience working across multiple product lines or business units.
