Job Details

Team Pro is a product-service solution provider specializing in Fixing, Concrete Repair, Firestopping, and Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) Supporting Systems within the construction sector.
Established in 1998, we manufacture our products across Europe and the USA and operate on a global scale.

Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned)
• Actively search for and approach new clients (contractors, dealers, construction companies, etc.)
• Present and promote the company’s products in a professional and persuasive manner
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Follow up on leads and close sales deals
• Maintain organized records of client interactions and sales activities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to expanding the company’s client base
Qualifications:
• Minimum education: High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and basic written)
• Basic English is required
• Strong passion for sales and business development
• Highly motivated, energetic, and eager to learn
• Presentable with a professional attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in approaching new people and building relationships
• Organized with good time management skills
• Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a field-based role
• Strong desire to learn and grow within the company

Salary & compensation:
