Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional, dynamic, and customer-focused Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel’s front desk. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage front office staff, and maintain high standards of service and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all front office operations, including reception, reservations, and guest services
Ensure a warm, professional welcome and smooth check-in/check-out experience for guests
Train, mentor, and evaluate front desk staff to maintain service excellence
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and effectively
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations
Monitor room availability, occupancy, and revenue performance
Implement and maintain hotel policies and procedures
Prepare reports related to front office performance and guest satisfaction

Requirements:

Proven experience in a front office or guest services management role within the hospitality industry
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Fluency in English and Arabic (French is a plus)
Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office
Professional appearance and demeanour
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Experience in a similar role within a hotel in Lebanon or the region
