Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Demi Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation and setup of daily buffet items in line with hotel standards
• Ensure all dishes are prepared, displayed, and replenished according to set menus
• Monitor food quality, taste, and presentation at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the buffet and kitchen workstations
• Support peers in daily kitchen operations
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
• Assist in stock control and minimize food waste

Requirements:
- 1-year prior experience in a hotel is a must
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and buffet service
- Flexibility to work both AM and PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
