Sales Support:
- Assist the Senior Sales Executive in penetrating the market for rigid systems and other products to achieve agreed sales targets.

Schedule and coordinate all relevant meetings, from initial trials to technical or commercial queries,
Customer Relationship Management:
* Follow up on customer requirements and orders by coordinating with internal departments, including technical services, planning, and production, to suggest optimal products.
* Maintain logs of all communications, serving as the focal point with clients throughout all stages of the deal, from the initial request to full payment.
Order and Delivery Coordination:
* Collaborate with the supply chain and accounting teams to ensure timely goods delivery, invoicing. and collection.
* Coordinate with procurement and the warehouse to replenish sold products.
After-Sales Support:
* Provide after-sales customer service to ensure satisfaction.
* Assist the technical team in conducting trials and offering technical support when needed, including support from teams in Egypt or the UAE via phone.
Additional Responsibilities:
* Support any sales-related projects as required
