Category Engineering
Lead the development, implementation, and standardization of electrical and automation systems across industrial bakery machines. The role combines hands-on expertise with strategic leadership.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Develop and optimize PLC programs (Ladder Logic)
• Supervise electrical design and validate drawings
• Troubleshoot automation and electrical issues
• Commission machines locally and internationally
• Build and lead the automation/electrical team
• Introduce smart monitoring systems and future AI integration

Competencies
• Strong PLC programming
• Electrical knowledge (motors, sensors, VFDs)
• Problem solving
• Leadership
• Communication

Education & Experience
• 5+ years of experience in industrial automation
• Holding a Masters degree in Computer & Communication or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Hands-on machine experience
Language Skills
• Fluent in Arabic and English (French is a plus)

Computer Skills
• HMI / SCADA
• Modbus / Profinet
• Python or IoT basics
