Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Supervisor based in Lebanon. The Sales Supervisor will oversee daily sales operations, manage a team of sales representatives, and ensure targets are met or exceeded. Key responsibilities include planning sales strategies, mentoring team members, monitoring customer satisfaction, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth. The role requires working closely with internal teams to optimize processes and achieve organizational goals.

Duties
Sales Strategy and Execution
• Develop and implement area sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure consistent brand representation and product availability across sales channels.

Team Leadership and Development
• Lead and manage a team of sales supervisors and representatives to achieve business objectives.
• Provide coaching, training, and motivation to the team to enhance performance and reduce turnover.
• Collaborate with HR to manage recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
Client and Distributor Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
• Negotiate and secure contracts to expand market share.
• Resolve customer issues and provide excellent service to enhance client satisfaction.
Customer Relationship Management
• Support the sales team in handling client relationships and negotiations.
• Address client concerns promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for expanding business with existing clients.
Promotional Activities and Campaign Management
• Plan, execute, and monitor promotional activities in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Ensure promotional campaigns are effectively implemented in the assigned region.
• Analyze the success of promotional activities and provide feedback for improvement.
• Train the sales team on promotional strategies and ensure alignment with brand standards.
Sales Reporting and Analysis
• Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Use sales data to adjust strategies and address market challenges.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Inventory and Compliance Management
• Monitor stock levels to ensure availability and prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and health and safety standards.

Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in the FMCG sector.
• Languages: Arabic, Fluent English, and French (is a plus)
