Job Brief:

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Engineer to oversee and manage hard services operations across our facilities. The role focuses on ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and reliability of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, with a strong emphasis on mechanical engineering expertise. The ideal candidate will have a solid operations background and hands-on experience in maintaining critical infrastructure within commercial, industrial, or mixed-use environments.

Job Responsibilities:
> Oversee daily operations of hard services, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and mechanical systems.

> Ensure all MEP systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with local regulations and company standards.

> Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

> Monitor system performance and troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime.

> Manage and supervise service providers, contractors, and maintenance teams.

> Review technical reports, maintenance logs, and service records for accuracy and compliance.

> Support budgeting and cost control initiatives related to facilities operations.

> Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

> Participate in project planning, upgrades, and system improvements.

> Respond to emergency situations and provide technical support during system failures.

Job Requirements:
> Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

> Minimum 5–8 years of experience in facilities management or building operations, with a focus on hard services.

> Strong hands-on experience in HVAC systems, pumps, chillers, and other mechanical equipment.

> Proven operations background in managing maintenance teams and service contracts.

> Good knowledge of MEP systems, building management systems (BMS), and energy efficiency practices.

> Familiarity with local regulations and safety standards in Lebanon is an advantage.

> Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

> Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

> Excellent communication and coordination skills.

> Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management systems (CMMS)
