Job Details

We are currently seeking a Technical Support Agent to join our call center team for a 1-2 months project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing technical assistance, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and/or chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide basic technical support and troubleshoot issues
Escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams when necessary
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements:

Previous experience in a call center or technical support role is a plus
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including overnight shifts
Availability to commit for the full 1 or 2 months duration
