We are seeking a French-speaking Shawarma Chef to join a restaurant chain in Lubumbashi, Congo.


The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Proven experience as a Shawarma Chef or in a similar role preparing Middle Eastern cuisine
• Strong knowledge of shawarma preparation techniques, including marination, stacking meat, and operating vertical rotisserie grills


The compensation package consists of a base salary of $1,500, plus shared accommodation, medical insurance, a yearly bonus, $300 food allowance, a 50% discount on meals, and 30 days of annual leave days
