Responsibilities:
-Supervise and train production.
-Create and manage production schedules, set targets, and coordinate with all departments.
-Monitor processes to ensure they meet efficiency and quality standards.
-Troubleshoot issues that arise during production to ensure a smooth workflow.
-Manage inventory levels and coordinate material requirements.
-Monitor the condition of production equipment and coordinate repairs.
-Participate in the implementation and the continual improvement of the quality management system.

Required Experience and Skills:
-Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
-Excellent knowledge of production methods and equipment.
-Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
-Familiarity with production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Advanced computer skills
