We are seeking a highly experienced Group CFO to lead the financial strategy of a diversified group operating across Fintech, Construction, Mobile Distribution, and other sectors.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving financial planning, capital allocation, investment decisions, and overall financial governance across multiple entities, while acting as a key advisor to the CEO and Board.
Requirements:
10–15 years of senior financial leadership experience
CPA or CFA required (MBA preferred)
Strong experience in multi-entity or international environments
Expertise in financial strategy, M&A, and capital allocation
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
