A reputable company in the food industry is seeking to employ a Senior Technical Engineer with experience in Machine installation, Maintenance, and Support in the food industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer technical inquiries, quotations, and supplier coordination
- Install and service machinery at customer sites
- Provide training and technical support to customers
- Prepare reports to top management and ensure quality standards implementation

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
- 5–10 years’ experience in a similar role
- Fluent in Arabic and English written and spoken (French is a plus)
- Good knowledge of Computer, MS Office

Detail-oriented professional with strong customer focus, excellent communication, organization and time management skills, and proven teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
