Job Details

• Manage and oversee the HR attendance system, ensuring accuracy and proper functionality
• Manage employee attendance and monitor daily check-in/check-out through the punching machine
• Maintain and update attendance records accurately
• Handle employee data entry and maintain HR databases
• Support onboarding and documentation for new hires
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic HR systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
