Job Details

Purpose of the Role
Manage customer relationships and sales activities for technical products, ensuring accurate understanding of requirements, preparation of technical offers, and coordination with internal departments to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
•Identify and develop new business opportunities
•Handle customer inquiries and define technical requirements
•Prepare and submit technical quotations in coordination with engineering/production
•Follow up on offers and convert them into confirmed orders
•Coordinate with production and logistics for order fulfillment
•Maintain customer relationships and sales records
•Support complaint handling and provide market feedback

Education:
•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field
Experience:
•2–4 years in technical sales or industrial products
Technical Skills:
•Good understanding of technical products and specifications.
•Ability to prepare technical offers and sales documentation
•Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo) and Microsoft Office
Professional Skills:
•Strong communication and negotiation skills
•Customer-oriented mindset
•Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
•Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
