We are seeking to hire a Construction Project Manager for a reputable construction contracting company based in Nigeria.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards, timelines, and budgetary requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 5–10 years’ experience in construction project management.
- Proven track record in the delivery of building, road, or infrastructure projects within Nigeria.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and applicable Nigerian building regulations.
- Ability to interpret and work effectively with technical drawings and specifications.

Technical & Software Proficiency:
- Scheduling: Proficiency in Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 for project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
- Design & Review: Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Reporting & Cost Control: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including budget tracking, cost monitoring, and Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) reporting
- Procurement Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Nigerian construction material supply chain and sourcing processes.

The compensation package includes a salary range of $6,000 to $7,000, in addition to accommodation, medical insurance, return flight tickets, and 30 days of annual leave per year
