Job Description:
The Head of IT is responsible for leading the organization’s technology strategy, ensuring the effective and secure operation of all IT systems, and aligning IT initiatives with business objectives. This role oversees infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and IT governance while driving digital transformation and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with leadership, business acumen, and a proactive approach to risk management and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the overall IT strategy aligned with business goals
Lead and manage the IT team, including infrastructure, support, and applications
Oversee IT operations, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability
Establish and maintain cybersecurity policies, controls, and risk management frameworks
Manage IT budgets, cost optimization, and vendor relationships
Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements
Drive digital transformation initiatives and process improvements
Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning
Collaborate with senior management to support business growth and innovation
Monitor and report on IT performance, KPIs, and projects.

Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)
10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven experience managing IT infrastructure, systems, and teams
Experience in strategic planning and IT governance
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud environments)
Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and risk management
Familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.)
Understanding of IT service management frameworks.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar)
