Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy:
Develop and implement comprehensive product strategies, including market analysis, competitive assessments, and product roadmaps.
- Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to product launch, and ongoing product enhancements.
- Market Research:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including, regulatory affairs, marketing, and sales to ensure the successful development and commercialization of the products.
- Regulatory Compliance:
Stay up-to-date with pharmaceutical regulations and ensure product compliance with industry standards.
- Budget Management:
Manage the product budget effectively, optimizing resource allocation for maximum ROI.
- Product Positioning and Branding:
Define product positioning and branding strategies to differentiate our products in the market.
- Sales and Marketing Support:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create effective promotional materials, training programs, and campaigns.
- Stakeholder Communication:
Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on product development and performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Product Manager, Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and quality standards.
