Job Overview:

We are opening a new coffee shop in Downtown and are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead the operation from pre-opening to daily service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a hands-on attitude, and solid experience in coffee shop or casual dining concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff (baristas, waiters, cashiers)
- Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance
- Monitor inventory, orders, and supplier coordination
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
- Work closely with ownership on improving sales and operations

Requirements:

- Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager (coffee shop experience is a plus)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good knowledge of coffee shop operations and service flow
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours
- Presentable and customer-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in new openings (pre-opening is a big advantage)
- Knowledge of basic financials (cost control, daily reporting)
- Familiarity with POS systems
