About the Company
A fast-growing hospitality operator managing a portfolio of furnished apartments and guesthouses. The company focuses on short- and long-term stays, with an emphasis on service quality, operational consistency, and well-maintained properties.

Role Overview
This role oversees day-to-day operations across the portfolio, ensuring smooth execution across reservations, housekeeping, and maintenance. A strong focus is placed on coordinating housekeeping and maintenance activities to ensure all units are guest-ready, functional, and maintained to standard.

Core Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across reservations, housekeeping, and maintenance
- Manage and follow up on housekeeping operations (cleaning schedules, turnovers, quality checks)
- Coordinate and track maintenance tasks (repairs, preventive checks, issue resolution)
- Ensure apartments are guest-ready on time and meet quality standards
- Communicate with teams (guest relations, cleaning staff, technicians) to ensure execution
- Monitor supplies, report shortages, and maintain basic inventory control
- Flag recurring issues and support improvements in workflows
- Handle urgent operational issues and escalate when required

Requirements
- Experience in operations, hospitality, or coordination roles
- Strong organization and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple moving parts daily
- Detail-oriented with a focus on service quality and operational standards
- Reliable, responsive, and solution-oriented
- Fluency in English is a must; comfortable with systems/tools (or quick to learn)
- Must be mobile (car or motorcycle) and based in Beirut district or nearby

Preferred
- Experience in hospitality, hotels, or property management
- Familiarity with Hostaway or similar systems
