A well-established company in the F&B industry, located in Antelias, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Cost Control Specialist to join their finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in monitoring, analyzing, and controlling food & beverage costs to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
-Monitor and analyze food & beverage costs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
-Develop and maintain accurate recipe costing and menu pricing
-Conduct regular inventory counts and variance analysis
-Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality standards
-Prepare detailed cost control reports and present findings to management
-Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and procedures
-Collaborate with kitchen, operations, and procurement teams to optimize costs
-Support budgeting and forecasting processes.

Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
-3 to 4 years of experience in cost control within the F&B industry
-Strong knowledge of food costing and recipe management
-Hands-on experience with ERP systems; SAP is a plus
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
-Good communication skills in English and Arabic
