A well-established bakery is looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead its operations in Baabda Seha. If you have a strong background in retail/F&B management and a passion for customer experience and team leadership, we’d love to hear from you.

???? Key Responsibilities
-Oversee the branch’s daily operations, including sales, production, and customer service
-Lead, coach, and develop staff to achieve performance targets
-Monitor sales performance and report key metrics to management
-Ensure proper inventory management, stock accuracy, and product availability
-Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and store presentation
-Supervise store opening/closing and equipment functionality
-Handle customer feedback, complaints, and satisfaction follow-ups
-Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
-Control costs and maximize profitability
-Coordinate with HR on staffing needs and employee performance evaluations

???? Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or TS in Hospitality/Hotel Management
-Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in bakery, F&B, or retail)
Strong leadership and team management skills
-Solid understanding of sales, operations, and inventory control
-Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
-Fluency in Arabic & English (French is a plus)
