Role Overview

We are seeking a Head Chef to lead kitchen operations and ensure the consistent execution of a pre-defined menu developed by our Dubai-based restaurant. This role is focused on execution, quality control, and operational excellence, not menu creation.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute the approved menu in full alignment with brand standards
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on recipes, techniques, and plating
- Oversee daily kitchen operations for smooth and efficient service
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation
- Control food costs, manage inventory, and minimize waste
- Coordinate with procurement/supply chain for ingredient availability
- Conduct regular quality checks to match Dubai brand standards
- Manage team scheduling, performance, and discipline

Requirements

Education:
- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field
- 6 to 10 years of experience in kitchen operations
- Previous experience as Head Chef or strong Sous Chef in high-volume environments
- Experience in standardized menus / multi-branch concepts is highly preferred
