Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Leadership: Design and implement advanced sales strategies and tactics with the explicit goal of significantly increasing and exceeding agreed-upon sales targets.
Consultative Performance Analysis: Conduct deep analysis of sales data and market intelligence to identify high-growth trends, pinpoint areas for improvement, and provide data-driven recommendations.
Proactive Market Development: Initiate comprehensive market research and competitor activity analysis to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and competitive advantages for G4S.
Client Relationship and Negotiation: Lead the negotiation of complex proposals with key clients (via visits, phone, or emails) to secure high-value contracts and continuously review the sales pipeline for optimization.
Brand and Marketing Alignment: Direct and coordinate marketing plans and public relations initiatives to enhance the company's brand and reputation, ensuring alignment with aggressive sales objectives.
Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient and scalable sales operations processes are in place to support the achievement of ambitious sales goals.

Market & Competitive Intelligence: Skilled in conducting market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies.

Adaptability & Self-Motivation: The discipline to work independently in an outsourced capacity while quickly pivoting strategies based on performance feedback.


Selection Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in consultative sales and strategic business development, with a quantifiable track record of exceeding aggressive revenue targets and managing high-value acquisition pipelines.
Expertise in strategic C-level stakeholder engagement, coupled with superior influencing and complex negotiation skills necessary for closing large, long-term consultative contracts and aligning public relations efforts with sales objectives
