We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Unit Supervisor to oversee production operations and supervise Line Supervisors within our factory.

Key Requirements:
• Proven experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or beverage industry
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Experience supervising Line Supervisors and production teams
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of production planning, quality, safety, and operational efficiency

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support Line Supervisors across production units
• Ensure smooth daily operations and achievement of production targets
• Monitor productivity, quality, and compliance with safety standards
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse departments
• Train, guide, and evaluate production teams
• Prepare operational reports and monitor KPIs

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or technical background in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing operations
• FMCG or beverage industry experience is highly preferred
