We are looking for an experienced and proactive Maintenance Manager to join our team in the FMCG & Beverage industry.

Key Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager in a Beverage and/or FMCG company
• Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance
• Experience managing production machinery and maintenance teams
• Ability to ensure smooth plant operations and minimize downtime
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
• Oversee all maintenance operations and technical activities
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
• Ensure equipment efficiency, safety, and compliance standards
• Manage maintenance staff and coordinate with production teams
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and control maintenance costs

Preferred Qualifications:
• Engineering degree or relevant technical background
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in manufacturing environments is a must
