Job Details

1 Conduct regular inspections of facilities, systems, and equipment to identify and solve issues.
2 Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality.
3 Maintain all the machinery and equipment to meet working standards.
4 Create and implement preventive maintenance procedures.
5 Plan, manage, and oversee all repair and installation activities.
6 Assign repair schedules and evaluate cost estimates.
7 Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff (custodians, janitors etc.).

8 Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations.
9 Monitor maintenance expenses and control the department budget.
10 Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance.
11 Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
12 Keep detailed maintenance logs and prepare daily activities/progress reports.
13 Document maintenance activities and ensure accurate records are maintained.
14 Ensure compliance with health, safety, and internal policies (including food safety).
15 Ensure all staff adhere to safety policies and procedures.
16 Manage relationships with external contractors and service providers.
17 Oversee and manage maintenance operations for both the Headquarters in Hadath and the showroom located in Verdun.
18 Assist with other duties as required
