Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and control systems including generators, UPS, chillers, HVAC, boilers, medical gases, LPG, lifts, and water systems
- Identify and troubleshoot system faults; report and escalate issues as needed
- Perform daily inspections and record operational data
- Monitor consumable levels (fuel, gas, etc.) and report replenishment needs
- Handle maintenance requests and generate work orders
- Prepare basic reports related to BMS operations
Job Requirements:
- T.S. in Electro-Mechanics or B.T. in a related field (1+ year experience)
- Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of safety procedures
- Good Arabic and English communication skills
- Computer proficient
