We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Production Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of furniture production operations. The ideal candidate will lead production planning, workshop coordination, quality control, procurement collaboration, and delivery timelines while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship and efficiency.

This role requires strong leadership, technical understanding of luxury furniture manufacturing, and the ability to manage custom projects from design approval through final installation.

Production Operations:
- Manage daily production activities.
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules aligned with project deadlines and client expectations.
- Monitor workflow capacity, allocate resources, and optimize production efficiency.
- Ensure smooth coordination between design, engineering, procurement, and installation teams.

Quality Control:
- Maintain exceptional quality standards throughout all production stages.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure craftsmanship, finishes, dimensions, and materials meet company standards.
- Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Establish and improve quality assurance procedures and documentation.

Team Leadership:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate production staff, workshop supervisors, and artisans.
- Provide training to improve skills and productivity.
- Foster a culture of accountability, craftsmanship, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in furniture manufacturing or luxury interiors production.
- Strong knowledge of custom furniture construction methods, materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience managing production teams in a workshop or factory environment.
- Ability to read technical drawings and production specifications.
