Roles and Responsibilities:
- Working on residential & commercial projects
- Developing architectural plans and drawings in line with code regulations and guidelines
- Working on permitting documents / architectural plans
- Coordinating with different engineering trades

Key Requirements:
- Holder of Architectural degree from a reputable Lebanese university
- Technical Skills Required: Architectural Software applications, Design, Architectural Calculations, Strong
AutoCAD and BIM Handling capabilities.
- Previous experience (5+ years)
- Rendering Capabilities
- Professional behavior and decent business dress code awareness
- Languages: Professional English is critical for the job (speaking & writing)
- Important character traits: Loyalty, Confidentiality, Professionalism, Interpersonal Skills, Decency, Results
Oriented, and Willingness to go the extra mile if needed.
- Must have your own laptop and cellphone.
- Excellent attention to details and quality checking.

Work Location and Schedule:
- Zalka, Mount Lebanon
- Hybrid schedule applicable
