We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage civil and finishing works for building projects in Ghana.

Key Responsibilities:
• Site supervision and project execution
• Contractor and subcontractor coordination
• Quality control and HSE compliance
• Project scheduling and progress monitoring
• Budget and cost management
• Ensuring works are completed according to specifications and timelines

Requirements:
• Proven experience in building construction and finishing works
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Previous experience with contracting/construction companies
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good English communication skills
• Willingness to relocate/work in Ghana

The role requires hands-on management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
