We are looking for an experienced and proactive Maintenance Manager to join our team in the FMCG & Beverage industry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all maintenance operations and technical activities
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
- Ensure equipment efficiency, safety, and compliance standards
- Manage maintenance staff and coordinate with production teams
- Monitor maintenance KPIs and control maintenance costs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Engineering degree or relevant technical background
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in manufacturing environments is a must
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager in a Beverage and/or FMCG company
Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance
Experience managing production machinery and maintenance teams
Ability to ensure smooth plant operations and minimize downtime
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
