Job Details

We are looking for a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant with basic accounting knowledge to support the daily operations of our clinic. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients professionally
Manage appointments and phone calls
Handle WhatsApp and social media inquiries
Maintain patient files and clinic records
Coordinate administrative and office tasks
Prepare invoices and receipts
Support basic accounting and data entry tasks
Follow up with suppliers and orders when needed
Assist in maintaining a smooth patient experience
Requirements
Background in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
Ability to multitask and work in a team
English and Arabic required (French is a plus)
Previous experience in reception or administration is a plus
