Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Fleet & Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily logistics operations, warehouse coordination, and fleet performance. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth delivery operations, optimize routes, manage drivers, and maintain high operational efficiency and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day fleet and warehouse operations.
Coordinate deliveries between drivers, warehouse teams, clients, and internal departments.
Monitor driver performance, delivery schedules, and operational KPIs.
Optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Ensure timely and accurate order dispatch and delivery.
Supervise warehouse activities including loading, inventory movement, and shipment coordination.
Handle operational issues and provide quick problem-solving solutions.
Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Prepare operational reports and performance analysis.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and warehouse functions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in fleet, warehouse, or logistics operations.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operations simultaneously
