Roles & Responsibilities

Production Operations:

  • Manage daily production activities.
  • Develop and maintain detailed production schedules aligned with project deadlines and client expectations.
  • Monitor workflow capacity, allocate resources, and optimize production efficiency.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between design, engineering, procurement, and installation teams.

Quality Control:

  • Maintain exceptional quality standards throughout all production stages.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure craftsmanship, finishes, dimensions, and materials meet company standards.
  • Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Establish and improve quality assurance procedures and documentation.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate production staff, workshop supervisors, and artisans.
  • Provide training to improve skills and productivity.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, craftsmanship, safety, and continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in furniture manufacturing or luxury interiors production. Strong knowledge of custom furniture construction methods, materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes. Experience managing production teams in a workshop or factory environment. Ability to read technical drawings and production specifications. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship quality.
