- Conduct time and motion studies to determine optimal work methods for installation and maintenance tasks, ensuring resources are utilized efficiently across various projects.

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, actively seeking feedback from team members and implementing changes to enhance overall operational performance and customer satisfaction.
