ABOUT THE ROLE

TATOUCHE is seeking a talented and forward-thinking Multimedia Designer to join our team in Beirut. This is not a traditional design role — we are looking for a creative professional who has fully embraced Artificial Intelligence as a core part of the modern design workflow.

The ideal candidate combines strong classical design fundamentals with hands-on mastery of the latest AI tools, enabling them to produce high-quality visual and video content faster, smarter, and more creatively than ever before.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design engaging visuals, social media content, and branded assets across multiple platforms.
- Create and edit high-quality videos, reels, and motion graphics.
- Integrate AI tools throughout the creative process — from ideation to final delivery.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts aligned with brand identity.
- Maintain consistency, quality, and timely delivery across all design outputs.
- Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and apply them to improve workflow efficiency and creative output.


REQUIRED AI SKILLS

- Proficiency in AI image generation tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion).
- Experience with Nano Banana via Gemini for AI-powered image editing and generation.
- Strong command of ChatGPT, Claude, or similar LLMs for content and copy generation.
- Familiarity with AI-powered video editing tools such as CapCut AI and Descript.


REQUIRED CLASSICAL DESIGN SKILLS

- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
- Proven experience in video editing and motion graphics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.


QUALIFICATIONS

- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio showcasing both classical design work and AI-integrated projects (mandatory).
- Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
