We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Engineering to lead and oversee all engineering operations within our group contracting company. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and extensive experience managing MEP and HVAC projects.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
10+ years of experience in MEP/HVAC engineering and project management
Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, MEP coordination, maintenance, and project execution
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and engineering teams

Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the engineering department and technical teams
Oversee MEP and HVAC project execution, maintenance, and operations
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, technical standards, and project specifications
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments
Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation
Provide technical guidance and support for troubleshooting and system optimization
