Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the CEO s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting minutes.
  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Screen phone calls, emails, and requests, and prioritize them when necessary.
  • Follow up on pending tasks, projects, and deadlines.
  • Organize events, business meetings, and company-related activities.
  • Assist in administrative and personal tasks as required.
  • Maintain proper filing systems and office organization.
  • Support the CEO in daily operational and strategic activities

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic (French is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently
